Peter Barlett begins performances tonight, January 16, as Underling in The Drowsy Chaperone, taking over for original cast member Edward Hibbert, who is currently in rehearsals for the upcoming Broadway production of Kander & Ebb's Curtains.
Bartlett's most recent Broadway credit is the Lincoln Center Theater production of Stephen Sondheim's The Frogs. He has also been featured on Broadway in Never Gonna Dance and Beauty in the Beast and the City Center Encores! staging of Call Me Madam. His off-Broadway credits include the Paul Rudnick plays Jeffrey, Mr. Charles, Currently of Palm Beach; Rude Entertainment and The Most Fabulous Story Ever Told, for which he received a Drama Desk nomination.
